Robert J. Watts
Founded RJW Contracting LLC on December 9, 1994. As a young child, Rob learned the roofing trade from his father, who had a reputable roofing business for decades. Prior to graduating high school, Rob was able to completely install new roofs by himself. After serving in the United States Navy in Desert Storm, Rob decided to open a small roofing company. After years of satisfied customers, RJW Contracting eventually added siding, window and door divisions to accomodate the high level of demand from these customers.

Barbara Panaro - Office Manager
Barabara brings her many years of customer service with a smile to the office at RJW. As the installation and service coordinator, she competently handles our entire installation schedule and coordination of any service calls. If you have any questions, or if you have a special request, just ask for Barbara and you can be assured you are in good hands!

Ed Sofield - Operations Manager
Over a decade of experience of "behind the scenes" expertise is what Ed offers to all customers. When it seems like everything just comes together, it's not a coincidence. When the crew arrives on scedule and on-time and somehow the materials are delivered at the same time and everything just appears so smooth, it's because of Ed's superior coordination skills.

Fransisco Ramirez - Foreman
Fransisco - or "Paco" as most customers know him as - is our lead Foreman. He has been with the company for over ten years. Paco is more than capable of running any of our crews. From roofing to siding and even decks - he is our master craftsman!

Luis Ramirez - Foreman
Luis has also been with RJW for many years. You may find Luis on many of our more technical roof jobs. He is by far, our most experienced and knowledgeable roofer.

Tom Lawrence - Foreman
Tom brings many years of roofing experience to RJW. With the ability to install natural slate, copper, wood shingles and tile, RJW is able to take any residential roofing job with extreme confidence.

Jack O'leary - Foreman
Decades of siding and window experience is what Jack has to offer all RJW customers. Jack has done work that has been used by CertainTeed Corporation in their literature. Whether it is a siding job or a window job, you can be guaranteed of spetacular results!

Laura Keating - Customer Service
Laura works for RJW part-time. Laura "wraps up" all of our installtions. As the warranty coordinator, she ensures that our customers receive their product warranty(s) and a follow up call to ensure they are 100% satisfied. Laura also accomplishes great things in marketing such as some of our promotons and or quarterly portfolio.

Zog Hamdia - Marketing Manager
Zog brings a decade of experience to RJW. He provides the avenue for RJW to continually create new business. Zog also handles the appointment schedule for all estimates, all of our trade shows and all other items pertaining to our marketing department.

Mindy Watts - Bookkeeper
Have a question about your invoice? Mindy can answer any "financial" questions as she is our hub in which everything revolves around. She also married the boss!

Dick Watts - Service, Technical Advice, Unique Situation Manager
Dick was a carpenter in the US Army (it was awhile ago). Dick has had a construction business for decades which has undertaken work from simple repairs to constructing entire homes. He is a licensed building inspector in the State of NJ and is an invaluable asset to RJW.
