We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks within our rapidly growing Production Department. The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be fast paced, detail oriented and most importantly a team player. Must be willing to learn and adapt. If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to meet you! Previous experience within the construction industry a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing of sales contracts and communicating with sales personnel any necessary corrections
  • Reviewing purchase orders and cross comparing them to order acknowledgments from our distributers
  • Inputting and maintaining data in multiple operating systems
  • Providing quality and consistent customer service when corresponding with customers
  • Communicating with team members and management to handle requests or needed tasks

Skills

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, organization and elite problem solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using iMac, iPad, Numbers, Pages, and MS Excel a plus but not required
  • High School degree
