Bookkeeper

Weekly : 

• All aspects of A/R from accessing banking details of receipts through GL posting
• All aspects of A/P up through posting
• G/L maintenance and analysis
• Payroll recording
• Consumer financing management
• Job Costing

• Other duties as required

Monthly: 

• Monthly close of A/R
• Sales analysis
• Financing analysis
• Monthly A/P check runs
• Monthly bank documentation

Fiscal Year End: 

• Assist in year end physical inventory
• Consignment reconciliations
• Year end audit preparation in conjunction with outside accounting firm

Calendar Year End: 

• Prepare year end tax documentation with outside accounting firm

Requirements: 

• Degree in accounting or related field
• 3 years bookkeeping experience, preferably
• Experience with Quick Books platforms required
• Strong competency in technologies

Education Requirements

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• QuickBooks: 1+ year (Required)
